Business Start Up

I have been involved in the launch of numerous, exciting start ups. Some from the initial concept stage where the founders have needed help honing the offer, positioning, brand, writing their business plan and with help raising funds off of the back of this. Others with this already in place have needed help designing the guest/user experience, appointing marketing teams, and required advice on acquiring and designing physical spaces. Some have just needed a team to hold their hand through to launch and some have needed and wanted us to stay with them past these initial stages, becoming an extended part of their core team. Every start up is different, and comes with a different set of skills and experience contained within their team.
